How to Book a Ride with HarGo Rides
At HarGo Rides, we make it easy and convenient for seniors to get to their medical appointments. Here’s how our service works

Schedule Your Ride
To book a ride, simply call our call center at least 2 business days in advance. You can also schedule a ride through our easy-to-use Rider Portal on our website.

Ride Confirmation
One of our helpful call center representatives or volunteers will work with you to schedule your ride based on the availability of our volunteer drivers. Once your ride is scheduled, you can relax knowing we have you covered!

Driver Introduction
The night before your scheduled ride, your assigned volunteer driver will give you a call to introduce themselves and confirm the details of your trip. This way, you’ll know exactly who will be picking you up and can feel comfortable and confident about your ride.

Pick-Up and Identification
On the day of your ride, your volunteer driver will arrive at the predetermined pick-up location. Look for a car with a HarGo Rides magnet on the passenger window to easily identify your ride.

Drop-Off and Return
After your appointment, the same volunteer driver will take you back to your original pick-up point, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from start to finish.
